If you are replacing a cell phone, laptop, digital camera, inkjet cartridge, or handheld game system, bring those replaced to North Elementary for recycling. We send them in for funds that are then used to pay for lunches of students whose accounts have been depleted. Click on the link in the right column--> for more information. Look for the collection box in the office.
Fact: The cadmium from a single cell phone is capable of polluting 158,200 gallons of water.
